ServiceMaster Advantage was founded in 2002 by Jeff and Lisa Turner in Delphi, IN. The company now operates all over northwest Indiana - serving the greater Lafayette, Kokomo, and Merrillville markets. We are big enough to tackle almost any size project but small enough to care about restoring "Peace of Mind" to our customers.
Services Offered
ServiceMaster Advantage is a full-service cleaning and disaster restoration contractor. We do the following for both homes and businesses:
- Fire Damage - smoke, soot, malodor, any size or severity
- Complete Contents Restoration - furniture, clothing, electronics
- Complete Repair Contracting - while we can't completely remove the disaster from your memory, we can restore your property to a "pre-loss condition"
- Water Damage - flooded basements, broken pipes, drain backups
- Carpet Cleaning
- wall to wall carpeting, area rugs
- Upholstery Cleaning - chairs, loveseats, sofas

Wednesday, January 20, 2010 Boy are we fortunate to have customers like Chris & Mary Harris! At the end of their fire restoration project, they made us a cake!!! Mary said it took her over four hours to bake & decorate. The Harrises were great customers to work for and the show of appreciation was a complete surprise. Many thanks Chris & Mary!

Our office is very close to the I-65 / US 30 interchange making for quick response times whether you are in Crown Point, Munster, Highland, Valparaiso, Demotte, or Rensselaer!

Sunday, June 01, 2008In order to better serve our customers, we moved our headquarters from Delphi to South Lafayette. While our territory includes Tippecanoe, Clinton, White, Cass, Carroll, & Howard counties, most of our work comes from the corridor between the greater Lafayette / West Lafayette and Kokomo areas - making Lafayette a natural spot to "anchor."
